Capote

Descended from the billfish, Capote has pale green skin, deep red hair, and a long pointed nose. His outfit pairs a yellow shirt and belt with purple gloves and shorts, and over his face sits the dark purple mask shared by every member of the Foxy crew, topped off with a light purple hood.

He carries the typical fish-man self-assurance and arrogance, certain of his own strength. Where he parts company with many of his kind is his attitude toward humans, since he holds no bias against them.

His fish-man heritage grants him roughly ten times a human's strength on land and twice that again underwater. Navigation, however, eludes him; he could not read the currents the way Nami managed with ease. His real specialty is Fish-Man Karate. A single karate chop from him produces a shock wave powerful enough to split the ocean and reach the Barrel Tiger, and he can wedge himself inside Monda's mouth to serve as a makeshift engine, driving their craft through reefs and whirlpools. He put these skills to use during the Davy Back Fight, where he rode the Cutie Wagon in the Donut Race alongside Porche, using a sea-splitting strike to unbalance Nami's team before Foxy's slowing powers carried them to victory. After the contest the crew sailed on, and somewhere during the timeskip Capote departed the Foxy Pirates for reasons not yet explained.
