Average in stature, Allmeg wears her long brown hair as an afro capped with a pink bow. A sleeveless pink dress carries a light blue ribbon and a red heart-shaped badge; she rounds it out with white gloves, leggings striped horizontally in pink and white, and reddish-pink heels.

Large gatherings thrill her, each crowd reading to Allmeg like a festival. She idolizes her elder brother Katakuri and turns furious at any hint that he might be beaten. Her opinion of her sister Brûlée is far less kind, writing her off as a klutz.

The ten siblings came into the world eighteen years before the story's present, the largest single delivery Big Mom ever had. Allmeg made her way to Cacao Island with a crowd of relatives and crewmates, falling in with Oven's battalion as it readied a trap for Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat crew. The gathered host felt like a celebration to her. When a brother wondered aloud whether Luffy could topple Katakuri, she clubbed him with her scythe. She afterward merged with Newshi through his Gocha Gocha no Mi power to take on the Vinsmoke siblings. Holding officer rank, she outranks the crew's ordinary members, and the anime shows her drifting through the air to strike Pekoms. Each decuplet carries a scythe whose blade ends in two spikes.
