Charlotte Saint-Marc

Standing as a hugely built figure with tanned skin, Saint-Marc has a head that looks tiny against his bulk along with notably short arms. His battle dress consists of blue plate armor finished with yellow epaulettes, rounded elbow guards striped in red and white, and oversized gloves of matching blue. Draped across his chest is a purple cape trimmed in pink, decorated with a skull whose arrow points upward. Topping the outfit is a Centurion-style helmet, blue in color, from which a pair of straight ivory horns juts out to either side.

Little has been disclosed about how Saint-Marc behaves. What can be inferred comes from his willingness to join Big Mom's effort to murder the Vinsmoke Family, which marks him as deeply devoted to both his relatives and his crewmates. His resolve is firm enough that he stayed on his feet and kept his wits through a blast of Big Mom's Conqueror's Haki and the deafening scream that accompanied it. As Minister of Essence he commands Flavor Island, and his officer rank places the lower members of the crew under his charge.

Saint-Marc was present for the tea party and the wedding linking Sanji with Charlotte Pudding, and there he signed on to the plan targeting the Vinsmokes. When Pudding broke down emotionally and the scheme unraveled, he reacted with alarm to Monkey D. Luffy erupting out of the wedding cake, then looked on as Charlotte Katakuri moved to strike Luffy down. Once Charlotte Perospero pinned the Vinsmokes in candy, Saint-Marc and fellow crew members trained their weapons on the captives, though Big Mom's piercing scream knocked them senseless and let the Straw Hats break the family loose. Recovering, he tried firing again, but his targets had pulled on their raid suits and deflected the rounds before Vinsmoke Yonji flipped him aside. As the collapsing Whole Cake Chateau dragged him down during the Tamatebako blast, Streusen pulled him to safety, and he later rejoined the crew in chasing the fleeing alliance.
