Appearance

Stout and heavyset, Chocolat looks nothing like the slim navigator she claims to be. Her face is broad, comparable to Sandersonia's, and her cropped hair is gathered into a small bun perched high on her head, a nod to the way Nami wore her hair for the wanted photo. To complete the disguise she copies Nami's spotted top, adds a lavender skirt above an exposed and rounded belly, and finishes the look with black heels. The matching shoulder tattoo seals the imitation. During the One Piece Premier Show 2012 her outfit was recolored, swapping in a pink skirt and pink heels.

Personality

Like every member of the fraudulent crew, Chocolat leans on the borrowed terror of the genuine Straw Hats to push people around. She boasts loudly about a bounty that is laughably tiny for anyone sailing the Grand Line, and she happily aims her flintlock at strangers to make a point. That bravado evaporates fast. Once exposed, she turned out to be a coward, pleading with Caribou to spare her. A softer streak did surface, though, when she begged him to let Drip go and showed real worry over his fate.

Abilities

As a counterfeit pirate, Chocolat has no real combat skill, fitting for a fraud. Her feeble resolve showed plainly when Luffy's Conqueror's Haki knocked her out cold, and she was overpowered and forced to her knees with ease by the Caribou Pirates. For weaponry she carried a flintlock pistol, which the anime depicts as the very gun wielded by Demalo Black. Her brief run of trouble began at Sabaody, where she unknowingly bragged about a 16,000,000 berry bounty to Nami herself before being caught up in Usopp's Pop Green and Nami's lightning. After fainting before the real Luffy, she escaped the chaos only to be seized by Caribou, her ultimate fate left unrecorded.
