Fillonce

Fillonce is a mermaid whose tail shades from clear blue to nearly white and is dotted with clusters of small white markings. Like Camie she has full, prominent lips, and her pink, somewhat frizzy hair fans out wide with bangs that curl toward the right. A red bikini top covers her, its straps crossing at the cleavage, threading through a ring, and looping around her neck.

In keeping with the other mermaids, Fillonce is warm, gentle, caring, and clearly fond of fun, and she takes a liking to Sanji much as her friends do. She also shares Ishilly's inquisitive streak, eager to discover what lay hidden inside Caribou's sealed barrel.

Fillonce first appeared at Mermaid Cove alongside her friends, welcoming the Straw Hats as Camie led the crew in for a visit and helping conceal them from the three princes. Later she, Ishilly, and another mermaid found a tightly sealed barrel and pried it open out of curiosity, only for Caribou to burst out and seize all three with his Numa Numa no Mi, making them the first captives in his mermaid-selling scheme. The other mermaids never linked the barrel to her disappearance, and the islanders mistakenly pinned the abductions on the Straw Hats.

Once the battle with the New Fish-Man Pirates was over, the kidnapped mermaids were recovered in Ryugu Palace, and that evening Fillonce danced among the Mermaid Cafe performers at the banquet honoring the crew, later waving the Straw Hats off as they set out for the New World. As a mermaid she can breathe and swim swiftly underwater, outpacing the Flying Fish Riders' mounts, though she is helpless once on land.
