Hanji

A heavyset frame, a wide jaw, and droopy eyes mark Hanji, who also wears a slim mustache above his large mouth and carries a noticeably thick neck. His brown hair reaches the chin and flares outward at the sides, gathered up top into a traditional topknot.

For dress, he favors a teal kimono patterned with rippling green accents, layered beneath a burgundy outer coat.

The series reveals little about what drives Hanji. One telling moment came when he could not immediately remember who had bought the fortress blueprints from him years earlier, a lapse that suggests a forgetful or unbothered nature.

Roughly ten years before the main events, Hanji acquired Kaidou's fortress blueprints from a craftsman named Minatomo. During the Wano Country arc, Franky came to his shop hoping to obtain those same plans. Hanji explained that he had let them go long ago, selling them onward to a man called Kumagoro.
