Itomimizu

Itomimizu is a thin man whose face stands out for its odd proportions. A rounded pink nose, an absent chin, and a wide mouth take up nearly the whole of it. His outfit pairs a purple shirt with yellow gloves, pale yellow trousers, and black boots, and a striped knit cap pulled down to his nose hides the rest of his head, with two cut holes letting him see. Slung over him is a bag holding a Den Den Mushi that doubles as his microphone.

Talking fast and brimming with excitement, he throws himself into his announcing work. Of all the Foxy Pirates he ranks among the fairer-minded ones. He may cheer on his crew's dirty tricks, yet his commentary stays honest enough that he will openly call out Foxy's cheating as it happens and gladly compliment a rival crew's strong showing. He also displays a streak of sexism, singling out Nami again and again over what he calls her heartless nature.

Throughout the Davy Back Fight on Long Ring Long Land, he served as commentator, calling out each round's challenge and laying out its rules while riding the giant sparrow Chuchun for a clear view. In the anime version he was briefly among the hundreds of crew members Luffy claimed after defeating Foxy, only to be released along with the rest. He then sailed off with his comrades as Foxy swore to get even. At some point during the timeskip he parted ways with the crew, with no reason ever given.

In non-canon material he reprised his announcing role during a Davy Back Fight rematch in Adventure of Nebulandia, where the crew's treacherous new members briefly immobilized everyone on the beach. He later helped the Straw Hats and the Foxy Pirates fend off the Marines, and he also turned up flying above the Puffing Ice on Chuchun in One Piece: Stampede.
