Kisegawa

Kisegawa carries a youthful look, with wide dark-brown eyes and lips colored a deep Indian red. Her golden blonde hair is bound at the back and decorated with four flowers in soft pastel shades. She paints her nails a pale red and dresses in a kimono striped vertically in white and light purple.

Kisegawa had no grasp of how valuable the Onigashima blueprints were, which is exactly why she casually repurposed them as coasters rather than treating them as anything important.

Long before the main events, an old man named Kobe handed Kisegawa the schematics for Kaidou's lair on Onigashima. Oblivious to their significance, she set a pot on them and used them as a coaster until a man called Tokijiro eventually took them off her hands. During the Wano Country Arc, Franky sought her out hunting for those very blueprints, and she recounted what had become of them under her care. She later joined the Fire Festival celebrations beside Kumagoro, Kobe, Tokijiro, and Rakuda, daydreaming with them about the Kouzuki Family bringing down Orochi and Kaidou.
