Nokokuwa Police

Standing roughly double the height of Zoro, this hulking, heavily built man carries fish-bone tattoos across his chest. The Stag Beetle SMILE he consumed left a beetle's mandibles jutting from each shoulder and a second set of arms on his frame. His outfit pairs a buckled police cap of gold with a sleeveless leather jacket, two layers of black gloves on his hands, belted leather trousers, and boots, while the dark horns that mark him as a Gifter rise from his head.

Earlier on he carried no chest tattoos and instead wore suspenders beneath his vest along with spiked shoulder pads, and the design on his cap read more like three linked rings than the pattern shown later.

Devotion to the Beasts Pirates runs deep in him, to the point that he shows no hesitation about shooting at the child Momonosuke. He sneers at anyone bold enough to oppose his crew, even urging Zoro to surrender during the raid. The anime paints him as especially callous, joining the rest of the Armored Division in laughter when Sasaki ridicules the Kouzuki Family. Like many figures in the series, he carries a signature laugh, rendered as Kuwakuwa.

Four years before the main events, he was posted on Onigashima during Portgas D. Ace's assault, and alongside Poker, Babanuki, and Briscola he looked on in shock as Yamato shattered the dragon statue that stood for Kaido's might. Within those four years he swallowed a SMILE fruit and took on his stag-beetle features. When the Fire Festival arrived, he joined the other Shinuchi in Queen's Golden Kagura celebration. As the alliance stormed the island, he lined up with Scratchmen Apoo and other Gifters to block Luffy and Zoro, then faced Zoro again beside Kamakirigirl and Beetleman.

Once the raid was in full swing he returned to the Armored Division, opened fire on Momonosuke while Shinobu shielded the boy, and struck Shinobu instead. After Yamato stepped in to guard Momonosuke, the whole division ringed the three and shot from behind their shields, yet Yamato kept deflecting the rounds and felling members until Franky and Hatcha broke through the floor and let the trio slip away. Tama, aided by Usopp, then tamed the division and brought it to the Live Floor, after which he led the group back to the Right-Brain Tower to support Franky against the Beasts Pirates. Sasaki's Heliceratops eventually wiped them out, and a recovered Nokokuwa Police was later seen caught by the fire in the Castle Basement among other alliance members.
