Peppoko

Peppoko sports a blonde goatee to match his long blonde hair and matching brows. His top is a pale blue striped shirt trimmed with black near the chest. The anime adds a light blue headband to round out his thuggish look.

Living up to his rough appearance, Peppoko enjoys pushing Koby around, looking down on the timid cabin boy. He is terrified of Alvida, scrambling to deny loafing about when she caught him at it, and like all of her crew he flatters her as beautiful purely to dodge a swing of her iron club.

At the Goat Island hideout, Peppoko and his brothers, together with Koby, opened a barrel hoping for wine and instead found Luffy crammed inside. The three siblings bullied Koby and moved to attack the stranger, only for Alvida's strike to cut them off. After she scolded them for slacking, they pointed her toward Luffy. They followed her to the confrontation, watched in disbelief as Luffy mocked her, then gaped as his rubber body shrugged off her blow and he defeated her. At Luffy's command they handed over a boat for him and Koby.

In an anime-only sequel, Peppoko resurfaced at Loguetown serving under Gally, where the gang tried to raid the port district but was thwarted by the Marine captain Smoker. The game One Piece King Battle additionally arms him with twin pistols and a set of jumping gunfire techniques, though these portrayals fall outside the canon story.
