Appearance

A jutting chin and an oversized nose stand out on Sharinguru, an otherwise normally proportioned Marine. Dark, curly hair sits beneath a hat with points along its sides, and goggles hide his eyes. His outfit matches that of his fellow captain-ranked officers, a Marine coat worn over a dark green button-up shirt.

During his younger days he kept the same goggles but swapped the hat for a standard Marine cap, which left his shorter hair and pointed ears on display.

Personality

Sharinguru holds a firm conviction in justice typical of a Marine. Whether the brand of justice he follows is the moral sort or the absolute sort has never been made clear.

Abilities

Sharinguru consumed a Paramecia-class power, the Shari Shari no Mi, which lets him spin his limbs and other body parts like wheels. He drives these rotating parts into foes to grind and scrape them, though tougher targets such as Franky's metal frame shrug the technique off, which points to fairly weak piercing force and rotation speed. This ability surfaced only in the manga.

The anime took a different route, arming him with a sword against Franky in place of any fruit power. Notably, he remains the sole canonical Devil Fruit user whose powers were left out of the anime entirely, and his name itself is a pun built around that wheel-based ability.
