Tsunokkov

Thin and wiry, Tsunokkov sports a pencil mustache, a gap where a front tooth is missing, and a rounded nose set above sharply defined cheekbones. Pink lipstick, dark sunglasses, fishnet stockings, and heeled boots round out his look. His signature outfit is a shaggy deer leotard complete with a stitched face and a pair of horns. The artwork treats those horns differently across media: the manga gives them six branching points that read as genuine antlers, while the anime trims them down so they resemble Tony Tony Chopper's stubs instead.

Cheerful and theatrical, Tsunokkov thrives on entertaining a crowd. His loyalty ran deep enough that he placed his trust in Bentham and Monkey D. Luffy, throwing in with their plan to flee the prison and reach Portgas D. Ace. He carried lasting gratitude toward Luffy for giving him and his fellow Newkama the chance to escape together.

Confinement inside Impel Down marks him as a genuine threat. Alongside his partner Usakkov, he developed a paired combat method in which he perches on Usakkov's shoulders while both blaze away with pistols. He carried twin handguns during that tandem fighting, was later spotted holding a rifle he never actually fired, and switched to a sword once the action reached Marineford.

His past is sparse. Captured and jailed as a criminal at some point, he broke down to Level 5.5 and became one of the Newkama. He performed beside Ivankov when Bentham reached Newkama Land, cheered through Luffy's recovery, and battled the guards as the breakout swept up through the prison's levels. After boarding a commandeered Marine warship and crashing into the Summit War, he charged the Marines to help rescue Ace. Once Shanks ended the fighting, he sailed off with Ivankov toward the Kamabakka Kingdom.
