Summary

On Level 4, a prisoner resembling Nami lures Hannyabal into the weapons room before transforming back into Mr. 2 and tying the vice-warden up. In his office, Magellan groans over a violent bout of diarrhea brought on by his own poison. Blue Gorillas patrol Level 2, where Saldeath reports that the rioters have been returned to their cells though many keys are now missing, while on Level 3 Sadi dispatches jailers and three Jailer Beasts to track down Mr. 2.

Mr. 2 wakes in a hidden chamber where richly dressed people feast and drink, and Inazuma reveals he has been unconscious for ten hours, still within Impel Down. The lights cut out and a performer steps forward, naming Mr. 2 and describing the route to this "Prisoner's Paradise." Emporio Ivankov takes the stage and welcomes him to New Kama Land, the concealed Level 5.5. When a prisoner named Bellett aims a massive cannon at Ivankov, vowing revenge for his okama father, Ivankov repels the cannonball with a wink called Death Wink, then strikes back with Emporio: Female Hormones, transforming the attacker into a woman. Mr. 2 bows and begs the miracle worker to save Luffy, only to learn that Luffy had asked Ivankov to heal Mr. 2 instead, and that he has been screaming through ten hours of treatment.
