A Paradise in Hell! Impel Down - Level 5.5!

Bentham springs Luffy from his cell and drags him across the Freezing Hell in search of Ivankov, certain the rumored healer can undo the venom. The pair are swarmed by wolves until a furious burst of Luffy's Haki flattens the pack, leaving both unconscious in the snow. A figure dressed in bright orange and white gathers them up. Bentham wakes inside a hidden festival called Level 5.5, a paradise of colorful crossdressers unknown to the staff, where the flamboyant ruler turns out to be Emporio Ivankov himself.

Buggy and Galdino try to outwit the wolves by sealing themselves in a wax bunker, but the beasts keep hounding them. Following dubious directions, Bentham wheels the unconscious Luffy into the forest and is ambushed by another wolf pack. His outburst of Haki spent, Luffy collapses, and the orange-clad rescuer carries them off. On Level 4, Hannyabal dangles bound and gagged in a storeroom, fuming that Bentham fooled him by copying Nami's appearance. Meanwhile Magellan suffers in the bathroom, Saldeath quells the Level 2 riot, and Sadi hunts for the missing okama. Bentham awakens at a lively party, greeted by Inazuma in matching colors, before a towering performer with a purple afro welcomes him to the New Kama Land. He recognizes the showman as the former Queen of Kamabakka Kingdom and the healer he was chasing, Ivankov.

Adapting pages twelve to nineteen of Chapter 536 and pages three to nine of Chapter 537, this Impel Down arc entry introduces Inazuma, Francois, Emporio Ivankov, Tsunokkov, and Usakkov. Galdino debuts his Candle Shield and Candle House techniques.
