Usakkov

Slim of build and tanned, Usakkov bears a curled black mustache of considerable thickness, pairs it with a white beard, and flashes a grin missing a few front teeth. For attire he combines a white shirt and teal bowtie with a coat striped red and orange, pink briefs, and stockings reaching his thighs. Heeled boots, round yellow shades, and a hefty rabbit pelt worn atop his head round out the ensemble. Against the cold he pulls on a fluffy-collared coat in heavy red, and once the timeskip passes he leans toward dark overalls, an open-collared button-up, and a light belt.

Upbeat and eager to perform before a crowd, Usakkov can lose his footing once he steps off the stage, as he did when he and the other newkama worried about the poisoned Luffy, yet his outlook stays hopeful, and he joined Bentham in cheering the young pirate on. He frames even an escape offer to Level 4's prisoners with theatrical flair, and his bonds with friends run deep, leaving him weeping when Bentham gave up his own freedom so the rest could get away.

Seized and shut away in Impel Down at some point, Usakkov made his way onto the hidden Level 5.5, joining the Newkama there. He was on stage with Ivankov when Bentham arrived in Newkama Land, and he later helped raise the cheers that roused a recovering Luffy. Teamed with Tsunokkov, he traded blows with the prison guards while the group pushed up through Level 4 and flung the cells open to liberate the inmates. After the escapees commandeered a Marine warship and dropped into the Summit War at Marineford, Usakkov plunged into the fray with a sword and a bazooka, opening fire on Akainu in a hopeless effort to protect Luffy and the wounded Ivankov. With the war over, he departed alongside Ivankov's followers for the Kamabakka Kingdom, and during the Egghead period he turned up among the Revolutionaries gathered for Vegapunk's worldwide broadcast.
