The 107th One Piece episode launches Baroque Works' coup in Arabasta as Crocodile lays out Operation Utopia to Vivi, a disguised Bentham torches Nanohana, and Koza commands the rebel army to rise.
Baroque Works sets its scheme to seize Arabasta into motion. At Rainbase, Crocodile walks a bound Vivi through the meaning of Operation Utopia. Far off, the king has been abducted and swapped for Bentham, who, wearing Cobra's face, declares that Nanohana and everyone in it must be wiped out so the earlier Dance Powder scandal never reaches the Marines.
The instant Bentham orders the town leveled, Koza appears to confront him. After a tense exchange Koza lunges, only to be seized by two royal guards and shot, clearing the way for the soldiers to fall on Nanohana. Bleeding and stunned, Koza questions why the rebels ever took up arms.
Mr. 1 and Miss Doublefinger plow into Nanohana aboard a hijacked pirate ship whose crew they slaughtered, causing wreckage that scatters the populace. Bentham announces his task done and tells the army to burn what remains. The supposed royal soldiers are exposed as Billions under his command. Dragged from the flames, Koza orders the rebel army to march, and a wounded boy who knows the king was impersonated is too hurt to clear Cobra's name, so the crown is framed.
When the rebels lament their lack of weapons, the crashed armory ship becomes their windfall, which Koza calls divine guidance. At the palace, Chaka reels at the news and learns all of Arabasta is converging on the capital. Back at Rainbase, Crocodile finishes his explanation, and a silenced Vivi recovers her nerve and tries to flee while still bound.
