Captain Confrontation! The Last Fight: Combat!

Claiming Chopper as the spoils of the second event, Foxy holds him once more. Nami negotiates terms under which a victory would return both Chopper and Robin to Luffy together, and Foxy answers by pushing the prize up to five hundred crew members for whoever wins. The final round is arranged as a straight one-on-one fight aboard his ship, the Sexy Foxy.

Searching Foxy's closet for an outfit to fight in, Luffy chooses an afro before he boards. When the duel begins, Foxy stalls him with the Noro Noro Beam and unloads a flurry of strikes; the instant the slowing wears off, every punch lands on Luffy in a single rush. Picking himself up, Luffy spots Foxy balanced on slowed, hovering cannonballs, but the moment he tries them as footholds they snap back to full speed and fire. Foxy then launches a string of bombs shaped like his own face, drives spiked gloves into Luffy, and the face bombs go off, leaving his crew worried.

Luffy first uses his Afro Luffy form in this episode, and Foxy debuts the Kyubi Rush and the Noro Noro Foxy Face Bombs. The two versions differ on timing for Usopp's Afro Power speech: the manga places it in the dressing room before the wig goes on, while the anime shifts it to the walk over to the fight. In the next-episode preview, Foxy steals Luffy's parting line by declaring that he himself will be the Pirate King, echoing similar gags from the G-8 Arc.
