Capture Robin! The Determination of the Straw Hats!

Reeling from the encounter with Robin, Sanji sends Chopper to rejoin the others and relay what happened, saying he has a plan of his own. In town, Zoro, Luffy, and Nami flee a mob of shipwrights and duck under a bridge, where Chopper sniffs them out. At a hardware store, Usopp pleads with the owner to sell him lumber despite the looming flood; the man relents and even spares him rice balls, and Usopp hauls the supplies back to begin repairs.

On the rooftops, Chopper passes along Sanji's message. Zoro reasons that Robin was their foe before joining and that capturing her is the only way to the truth. He suspects her stated plan to kill Iceburg that night is meant to drag the whole crew into the blame.

The crew agrees to act after dark and head for the Galley-La Company, even knowing the World Government has chased Robin for over twenty years. Franky, still raging, runs into Zambai and the Franky Family, who mention the long-nosed Straw Hat fixing a ship. Seizing on it, Franky resolves to grab Usopp as bait to lure Luffy into a fight. As citizens shelter from Aqua Laguna, shipwrights mass to guard the Galley-La entrance, while Robin and the masked man arrive to set their scheme in motion.
