Rooftop Duel! Franky vs. Nero

Inside car four, Sanji keeps carving Wanze's ramen suit apart with kitchen knives, mocking the cook even as Wanze boasts of being CP7's ace. On the rooftop, Nero examines Franky's bizarre body and works out that his spine is the weak point. Franky throws up a Star Shield and spits a volley of nails, but Nero slips away with Geppo and fires both pistols into the cyborg's back, drawing blood. To guard the vulnerable spot, Franky flattens himself on the deck with Franky Invincible, a move Nero ridicules as ridiculous while demanding a serious fight.

Over in car one, Sogeking tells Robin that Sanji, Franky, and a small force of Galley-La and Franky Family fighters are all coming for her, and that the crew has learned the truth from Iceburg. He flares up in a symbolic blue flame as he swears the Straw Hats will pursue her into hell itself, yet Robin coldly refuses to come. When Corgi enters, Sogeking ducks inside her coat. Rising to fight squarely, Franky converts into Centaur Mode against Nero. Aboard Rocketman, the group reaches the discarded cars; unable to halt, Luffy rockets across to confirm Robin is not among them, then has Zoro split the cars open with Two Sword Style Iai: Rashomon. Beyond them lies a Sea King sliced cleanly in two, and Zoro ties on his headband, sensing a powerful swordsman somewhere ahead.

The episode debuts Wanze's Menkui Knocker, Sanji's Epluchage, several of Franky's BF-36 techniques, and Zoro's Rashomon. A typo appears in the FUNimation dub's end credits, where Lufy is written in place of Luffy's correct name. The story is part of the Water 7 Arc.
