The Judicial Island! Full View of Enies Lobby!

Materializing behind Sanji through an Air Door, Blueno blasts him back with Rankyaku and downs Sogeking with Shigan. When Sogeking pleads for Robin's freedom, Blueno explains her origin: long ago the Navy issued a Buster Call that wiped an entire island off the map, leaving Robin the lone child survivor. Sanji, horrified, accuses CP9 of exploiting her trauma in the name of justice, but Blueno slips away through his door before any blow can land. Lucci tells Robin to take her seat as Enies Lobby nears, with only her execution left to await.

Before vanishing, Sogeking reminds Robin that a pirate cannot leave a crew without the captain's permission and that she can always trust Luffy, stirring her memory of Ohara's destruction. Aboard Rocketman, Yokozuna's leap derails the train, scattering the Franky Family, until Kokoro regains control using the sea train's built-in compass and Nami's navigation. Kokoro persuades the frog that the pirates never kidnapped her, recruiting him after eight years of his daily battles against the train, and Luffy gains a new ally. In car one, Franky learns Robin kept Iceburg's survival secret and urges her to return to Luffy, insisting that simply being alive is never a crime. Puffing Tom finally docks at Enies Lobby, where Franky bites a Marine as the captives disembark.

This is the final episode of the Water 7 Arc and the last to use Kokoro no Chizu as its opening and Asu wa Kuru Kara as its ending. It is also Kazue Ikura's last turn voicing Chopper before Ikue Otani's return, and it offers the first clear glimpse of Robin's past, showing the young girl screaming for the Marines to stop the Buster Call at Ohara.
