Battle with the Giants! Open the Second Door!

Refusing to quit even after the Kairiki Destroyers are flattened, the Franky Family and Galley-La keep swarming the two giants. A combined assault, Mozu and Kiwi's dismantling slash, Paulie's ropes, and Zambai's bazooka, finally brings Kashii down, and Peepley Lulu and Tilestone pin him in place. Oimo turns to face whoever remains while, out in the city, Luffy single-handedly drops five hundred soldiers and keeps moving.

The agents of CP9 gather together for the first time in five years, and the meeting plays more like a comedy bit than a council of war. Fukurou measures each member's physical power, then reels at the result that Lucci tops them all at four thousand doriki, a scale where an ordinary soldier rates only ten. Stung at placing below Kaku, Jabra starts squabbling with Lucci. Once the bickering ends, Spandam praises the group for bagging Robin and Cutty Flam and dangles a reward he pointedly withholds for now. Robin, meanwhile, quietly relives the warm moments she shared with the Straw Hats.

This Enies Lobby Arc installment adds anime-only beats, including Robin's reminiscence outside Spandam's office and Luffy using Gomu Gomu no Fusen to scale a dead-end alley between two buildings. The Franky Family's boat is mislabeled as Frnky and Eranky early on. Gatherine debuts in this episode.
