The Legend is Back! Kyros' All-out Blow

The instant Sugar collapses, the toys all over Dressrosa return to their original bodies, sparking joy from the shipyard down to the colosseum's lower levels. A panicked Trebol phones Doflamingo to report that the Hobi Hobi power has been broken, only to be met with stunned disbelief. The streets fall into confusion as families reunite while others scramble away from beasts, pirates, and one-time soldiers who had all been toys, prompting Fujitora and Bastille to act on restoring calm. Senor Pink scolds Sugar for going down so easily yet hopes she is unhurt, and a wounded Franky manages a faint laugh.

Pica suddenly disappears from his fight, leaving Zoro puzzled. Now human again, Robin hurries to Usopp's aid while the dwarves sob in thanks and promise to erect a statue in his honor. The battered sniper boasts that everything unfolded as he intended and trusts his crew with what remains. Across the city, freed people and various pirates turn against the Donquixote forces, torching their flags and revealing Doflamingo's true face, while he stares out a window seething that a decade of work has been unraveled. The Thunder Soldier reverts into Kyros, and Rebecca, Viola, and Riku all recognize him at last, the weeping former king remembering his old commander.

In tears, Viola explains to Luffy how Sugar's defeat returned everyone's memories and identifies Kyros as the former leader of Riku's army and a colosseum champion. Shocked to learn he is both the statue's subject and Rebecca's father, Luffy watches Kyros race to the Room of Suits, apologize to Riku for the long delay, and behead a completely blindsided Doflamingo with one swing, vowing to reclaim the true Dressrosa. The adaptation adds Flapper reuniting with Leo, a toy recovering its taken arm moments before changing back, and Milo striking the grunt who once tormented him. The episode debuts Uhho and introduces Doflamingo's Black Knight technique.
