With Perospero poised to kill the Vinsmokes, Sanji dashes their way, parrying Nusstorte's blade and slipping past Laurin and Dosmarche before Daifuku blocks him once more. Beyond the wall, Brulee is led out of the Mirro-World by Caesar; she pleads that her crewmates never glimpse her face lest they finish her, while he wonders why Big Mom stays silent though her portrait already lies shattered. Inside, Luffy charges the Emperor with the shards as Katakuri pursues. Bege, Jinbe, and Pedro plant themselves in the commander's path, and Bege's rapid fire passes harmlessly through his mochi body. The rest of the crew shoots at Luffy, but his rubber frame deflects the rounds. Oven grabs the fragments and heats them, only for Brook to freeze him solid and return the pieces.

Katakuri keeps after them, sheathing Bege's gun in mochi and snaring Luffy with a stretched mochi leg, which Pedro slices as Jinbe strikes with Fish-Man Karate. Liquefying into mochi to dodge, the commander finally pins Luffy down, yet it arrives too late: thrusting both arms toward the Emperor's stunned face, Luffy presents the ruined image. Fitting the shards together, she registers that her treasured portrait of Carmel is wrecked and releases a devastating scream that floors everyone in the hall, leaving only the earplug-wearing allies able to move. Sanji breaks loose, ignites Diable Jambe, and drives a spinning kick into the table that shatters Perospero's candy, freeing the Vinsmokes as Chopper, Carrot, and Nami pass them earplugs and Raid Suits. Vito and Gotti climb out of Bege with their KX Launchers ready, Smoothie cries out in horror, and the screaming Big Mom calls to the long-vanished Mother Carmel.

Part of the Whole Cake Island Arc, with the Sheep's House making its location debut. The adaptation has Nusstorte, Laurin, and Dosmarche attack Sanji during his sprint to his family, lets Katakuri foresee Bege firing on him, and shows Luffy slipping past more Big Mom Pirates. Brook is inserted facing Oven as the latter moves to stop Luffy, and several of Luffy's duplicates turn on him. Bege also opens fire on Katakuri more often than in the manga. The eyecatcher pairs Sanji and Monkey D. Luffy.
