Summary

Across Wheat Island the glass keeps cracking apart, and frightened townsfolk fret that nothing reflective will remain should the contest run any longer. Inside the reflection dimension the hulking Sweet Commander still has the upper hand, yet the captain he is pummeling simply refuses to quit. Meanwhile, on the waters of the Yonko's domain, the pursued crew manages to subdue the thunder homie, though their hunter declines to ease off and climbs aboard Prometheus to give chase. Within the captain's battered mind, the Dark King's old training resurfaces, nudging him toward the knack of perceiving an incoming blow just before it strikes.

Key Events

From inside the Charlotte fortress, Mont-d'Or and Niwatori comment on how brutal the bout has grown, marking the hour at half past nine, a full six and a half hours after it began. Stussy and Morgans soon appear, the newsman savoring the scoop a Straw Hat escape would hand him, and Stussy admits that the chateau's ruin traces back to the Tamatebako. Her catch secured, Nami presents the cloud homie a flat ultimatum, obey her or be wiped out, and he yields. A worshipful newcomer also enters: Charlotte Flampe, devoted to her elder brother, boasting of an award naming her the finest little sister, and ordering her crew to kill the captain. When her sniper cannot get a clean line, the fifteen-year-old vents her irritation by driving a fork into a subordinate's head, betraying the petulance she never outgrew.

Notes

The studio adds cutaways showing the rooftop fight as Totto Land's mirrors burst, and during the two-year-training recollection the captain is depicted toppling a massive gorilla as well as an elephant. Morgans receives an extra remark about the value of a Straw Hat getaway before Stussy reveals the Tamatebako's role. No blood shows when the fork pierces the crewman. Flampe's info panel carries over the print mistake of labeling her the 33rd daughter despite her confirmed status as the 36th. The dodging lesson is placed earlier here, whereas the manga ran it after Katakuri bared his face, and the captain's emerging foresight is lengthened, with the mentor's words spoken aloud instead of simply remembered.
