A Desperate Situation - The Iron-Tight Entrapment of Luffy!

The Sunny crew arrives at Cacao Island while, in the Mirro-World, Pekoms promises to unleash his Sulong form to draw off Oven's army. When Luffy reaches the island the diversion lets him bolt, and Sanji links up with him, yet Oven's forces eventually halt Pekoms and surround the pair. At the brink, the Germa Kingdom assaults the island as Ichiji, Niji, Yonji, and Reiju descend to aid their brother and his captain.

Pekoms emerges from the lone mirror clutching Brulee with Luffy hidden under his costume, gazes at the full moon, and swells into a feral beast, but Oven torches his gun and punches him, exposing Luffy beneath. After dodging the decuplets, Luffy is saved when Sanji kicks Raisin aside and carries him aloft. The decuplet males give chase with Geppo until Pekoms' Sulong rampage flattens them, though in his frenzy he also strikes Sanji and Luffy before Pedro's voice restores his mind. Telling Sanji to get Luffy clear, Pekoms returns to the ground and is finally impaled by spears as Oven orders the moon shielded from his eyes. Yuen then smashes the distracted Sanji and Luffy down, and the Big Mom Pirates ring them to open fire, but the Germa Kingdom suddenly attacks the fleet. Ichiji, Niji, Yonji, and Reiju don their Raid Suits, shield the two from gunfire, and Ichiji declares they came to deal the Big Mom Pirates the same crushing blow dealt to Germa at the tea party.

The adaptation adds Snack ordering Tarte ships to sink the Sunny, the male decuplets playing rock-paper-scissors over who attacks Luffy, the Sunny dodging cannon fire, and a fresh transformation sequence for the Vinsmoke children. Pedro and Pekoms' flashback is shown in greater detail, and Pekoms' subduing is restaged so he battles the decuplets in the air, briefly strikes Sanji, then resumes fighting until he is speared. Yuen attacks alone here rather than alongside the decuplets, and Charlotte Panna, Maple, and Montb are absent, with Montb held until the following episode.
