Overview

Within the sprawling Beasts Pirates, this squad functions as the personal following of Who's-Who. Its membership came over from those who once served beneath him aboard the Who's-Who Pirates, the crew he commanded before pledging himself to Kaidou. A cat motif runs throughout the band, reflecting the powers of their leader, whose Devil Fruit is the saber-toothed tiger model of the Neko Neko no Mi. Certain members wear cat masks that resemble their leader's but swap his horns for feline ears, along with matching tails, while others, probably artificial ability users, resemble large cats like lions and leopards. The group made its quarters on Onigashima at a spot aptly called the Nekoka-fé.

Role

Throughout the fighting on Onigashima, these followers served as Who's-Who's enforcers. On his instruction they combed the island for Kaidou's son Yamato, and afterward they were sent to track down Momonosuke. Their standout moment came in a confrontation with Jinbe, the target of Who's-Who's resentment. Leaning on the numbers his subordinates provided, Who's-Who ganged up on the solitary fish-man while jeering at him for anticipating a fair duel, though Jinbe carved through a string of the followers before reaching Who's-Who himself. Once the Beasts Pirates disbanded, the band remained loyal, trailing their captain to a fresh hideout in Udon.
