Sanji storms the coach holding Franky and Usopp as Spandam gloats over capturing the only two who could revive Pluton. In Water 7 a backup railway, the Rocketman, is readied, and the crew, shipwrights, and Franky Family unite to chase Enies Lobby.
At Enies Lobby, Spandam crows to his elephant Funkfreed about the ease with which he bagged Nico Robin and Cutty Flam, the pair who alone could bring the ancient weapon Pluton back to life. With the train still rolling toward Enies Lobby, Sanji clears out every man in Cart Six, which doubles as the communications car packed with Den Den Mushi and also confines Usopp and Franky. Franky offers Sanji his name and is comically kicked for it, and Usopp heads off any further scuffle, though the racket carries to the next car.
Back in Water 7, Kokoro leads the rest of the crew, all but Nami, to the Brick Warehouse, cautioning that the backup railway may not even run. Reaching the chamber, they find its door already standing open and step inside to discover the second of the railways, the Rocketman.
Iceburg steps out of it, explaining he had landed on the same idea and readied the locomotive for them, with the warning that it cannot be slowed and so is far from safe. Nami turns up with the pair of Blue Station workers, lugging a sack of sake and meat that thrills both Luffy and Zoro. As the group prepares to set off, the Franky Family turns up and pleads to ride along and rescue Franky; once they make clear that defying the government holds no fear for them, Luffy consents, and the plan, they note, is simply to latch onto the train. With the railway about to leave, the Franky Family departs to get ready while Paulie is glimpsed stowing away aboard the Rocketman, and the locomotive then sets out for Enies Lobby.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
The chapter reveals that only two people can resurrect Pluton: Robin, who can decipher Poneglyphs, and Franky, who holds the blueprints, both now in CP9's hands. It confirms that Sanji has cleared the sixth cart of the Puffing Tom, that Franky and Usopp sit there among the Den Den Mushi, and that the unstoppable Rocketman will be the means of reaching Enies Lobby, with Iceburg having already finished its preparation. Paulie, the Galley-La shipwrights, and the Franky Family all resolve to join the crew, forming an alliance. The cover continues the Goldenweek side story, in which Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine grudgingly hitch onto the pterodactyl beside her as Dorry, all apparently forgiven, waves them off. The chapter is part of the Water 7 Arc.
In One Piece Chapter 365, "Rocketman!!", Sanji clears CP9's men out of the train car holding Franky and Usopp while the rest of the crew discovers a second sea train, the Rocketman, waiting in Water 7's Brick Warehouse. Iceburg reveals he prepared the locomotive, and it soon departs for Enies Lobby with the Straw Hats, Franky Family, and Galley-La shipwrights all racing to catch up.
According to Chapter 365, only two people can bring the ancient weapon Pluton back to life, Nico Robin, who can decipher the Poneglyphs, and Franky, who holds its blueprints. Both are captured by CP9 at the start of the chapter, which is why Spandam is so pleased with himself.
The Rocketman is the second sea train kept in Water 7, revealed in Chapter 365 as a backup to the Puffing Tom. Iceburg has it ready inside the Brick Warehouse but warns the crew that it cannot be slowed down once it gets moving, making it dangerous to ride.
In Chapter 365, the Franky Family begs to come along and rescue Franky, and once they insist that defying the World Government does not frighten them, Luffy agrees to let them ride the Rocketman. Their plan is simply to latch onto the moving train as it departs.
In Chapter 365, Sanji clears out every man stationed in Cart Six of the Puffing Tom, the communications car that also holds captive Franky and Usopp. Franky introduces himself to Sanji and is comically kicked for it, though Usopp stops the scuffle from escalating further.
