Pirate Front Line on the Move!!

Word of the blow struck against a Celestial Dragon sweeps the archipelago, and the remaining six Super Rookies begin arranging their getaways ahead of an Admiral's landing. In Mary Geoise, the news lands among the leadership, and Kizaru steps forward to take charge of it himself. Frantic, Disco rings up Donquixote Doflamingo, given that the Human Auctioning House is his property, yet Doflamingo brushes off the slave trade as a thing of the past, orders him never to make contact again, and notes that the Warlords are assembling for a major clash ahead.

At the auction house once more, the Marines roll mortars into place to drive the pirates into the open. Inside, Rayleigh works at Camie's explosive collar and pries it loose only a breath before it goes off. An exasperated Franky tosses the cell keys to the liberated captives and tells them to clear out before the nobles come back. Rayleigh, brushing himself off as nothing more than an aged coating engineer, thanks the Straw Hats for rescuing Hatchan.

Out front, the Marines warn of force and herald the arriving Admiral. Kid announces he will take them on by himself, which annoys Law and Luffy, and the trio of captains walks out side by side. As the mortars launch, each captain replies with a unique power: Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Fusen, Kid's magnetic repulsion, and Law's Room paired with Shambles. The soldiers grasp that their artillery is worthless against three Devil Fruit users.

Doflamingo stands confirmed as the man who owns the auction house, and he discloses that the Warlords have joined the conflict aimed at the crew of Whitebeard. His offhand reference to a coming age of SMILEs hints at the far-off Punk Hazard and Wano stories. Kizaru departs for Sabaody with some special troops in tow, while Hatchan supplies the name for Rayleigh's earlier feat, calling it Haki.

The cover carries on CP9's Independent Report, showing Kaku, Blueno, Jabra, and Fukurou unwinding at a cafe. A Marine officer informs Sengoku that thirteen individuals carrying bounties figure into the incident. Jewelry Bonney swears she will destroy the Straw Hats once they reach the New World. This installment offers the earliest glimpse of the separate magnetic and spatial powers belonging to Kid and Law, ahead of either fruit being named outright.
