Stepping off the Flying Gas Balloon, Caesar Clown herds the children back into his facility and points them toward the Biscuits Room where their addictive candy waits. Every child rushes ahead except Mocha, whose terror of the place breaks through the drug's grip. Recalling how Nami and Usopp had begged the children not to follow, she bolts and screams for the two pirates to come rescue her.

Deeper inside, Caesar reunites with Monet and Vergo to launch his demonstration. He boasts that Monet's surveillance handed him every detail of Law's scheme, and he mocks the Warlord for trustingly surrendering his own heart under their bargain. Resuming his video call to the underworld buyers, Caesar describes how feeding Smiley a special lure will rebirth it as Shinokuni, a toxic weapon far deadlier than the version unleashed four years earlier.

It comes out that Law traded his heart for Monet's as a condition of remaining on Punk Hazard, weakening himself to satisfy Caesar.
