News that Luffy felled Doflamingo, shielded by Marco during the war, sends Weevil hunting the rookie. Kizaru and A O each resurface for the first time since the timeskip, while Weevil and Buckin debut. Weevil holds a former bounty of 480 million berries and bears a personal grudge toward Blackbeard, who slew the father he claims. The Mink Tribe, first named on a Sabaody slave list, has avoided humankind for over a thousand years aboard the moving elephant that lends Zou its name.
