American voice actress and ADR director known for her wide vocal range. Replaced the original voice actress to bring young Gohan to life in Dragon Ball Z Kai, serving as both child and teen Gohan.
Colleen Clinkenbeard became the English voice of young Gohan in Dragon Ball Z Kai starting in 2010, taking over both the child and teenage incarnations of Goku's son. Her youthful, energetic delivery captured Gohan's transformation from nervous child to reluctant warrior, particularly during the Saiyan and Frieza sagas. In the same dub, she also replaced Meredith McCoy as Android 18, adding another crucial female character to her Dragon Ball repertoire. Beyond the main series, Clinkenbeard voiced Princess Snake in Dragon Ball Z and Zangya in the film Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound, as well as Mai in the Budokai Tenkaichi games and Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods.
Born in Louisiana, Clinkenbeard made her voice acting debut in Kiddy Grade and became known for roles in strong-willed or complex female characters. Her work extends across major anime including One Piece as Monkey D. Luffy, My Hero Academia as Momo Yaoyorozu, Fairy Tail as Erza Scarlet, and xxxHolic as Yuko Ichihara. She also works as a line producer and ADR director for Funimation, contributing to the technical side of anime dubbing.
