Davide Garbolino

Garbolino became a staple of Dragon Ball dubbing in Italy, most notably providing the voice for young Gohan throughout the Dragon Ball Z series. His naturally youthful tone, which persisted well into his adult years, made him ideal for voicing the skilled, earnest character. He also lent his voice to other characters across the Dragon Ball franchise, contributing to the Italian fanbase's emotional connection to the series.

A member of the Italian dubbing association ADAP, Garbolino primarily works out of Milan studios, particularly Merak Film. Beyond anime, he co-hosted the television program Hello Hello on Italia 1 during the 1990s and 2000s, where he voiced the puppet character "Four." His most iconic role outside Dragon Ball remains Ash Ketchum in Pokémon, a character he has voiced extensively across multiple series generations, cementing his legacy in Italian anime dubbing.
