Bee is a Labrador Retriever owned by Mr. Satan and Good Buu. Found as an injured puppy during the Majin Buu Saga, Bee played a crucial role in Buu's moral transformation, as the act of caring for the wounded dog helped awaken compassion within the otherwise destructive creature.
Bee was a stray puppy that Innocent Buu encountered after Mr. Satan had begun his unlikely friendship with the magical being. When Buu found the injured dog, Mr. Satan taught him how to care for the animal, and Buu quickly developed a genuine attachment to Bee. The simple act of nursing a wounded creature back to health represented a significant emotional milestone for Buu, who until that point had only known destruction.
This fragile peace was shattered when two gunmen, Van Zant and Smitty, shot Bee in an attempt to provoke Buu. The attack on his pet unleashed a fury within Buu that had devastating consequences. While Mr. Satan managed to heal Bee using a first aid kit, the emotional damage was done. Buu's rage over the shooting, combined with the gunmen also shooting Mr. Satan, triggered the internal conflict that eventually caused Buu to expel his evil side, splitting into Good Buu and Evil Buu.
After the Buu Saga concluded, Bee continued living with Mr. Satan and Good Buu at the Satan House, becoming a permanent fixture of their household. He appeared in Dragon Ball Super during various domestic scenes and in Dragon Ball Daima. Although he is simply a dog with no special powers, Bee's narrative importance is outsized for his species. He was the catalyst for one of the saga's most critical turning points, proving that even the smallest act of kindness, caring for an injured animal, can have cosmic-scale consequences in the Dragon Ball universe.
