Biography and Story Role

Ebifurya was one of three artificial warriors built by Dr. Kochin to defend Dr. Wheelo's fortress. Alongside Misokatsun and Kishime, he fought Master Roshi in an arena test and helped overpower the old martial artist with ease.

When Goku arrived at the fortress, Ebifurya and Kishime confronted him on the second level. After Kishime stunned Goku with electric attacks, Ebifurya froze him solid using his Frozen Fist technique. The pair believed they had won, but Goku powered up and shattered the ice. Goku then destroyed Ebifurya with a single powerful blow, piercing straight through his body.

Like his fellow bio-warriors, Ebifurya lacked independent sentience, acting purely on Dr. Kochin's programming. His name is a wordplay on ebi furai, meaning "fried shrimp" in Japanese.
