Oil

Oil is the second oldest of the four Heeter siblings, serving under his older brother Elec within the Heeter organization. His other siblings are Macki and Gas. He stands out as the tallest and heaviest member of the family, with turquoise skin, full blue lips, no eyebrows, short dark purple hair, and pointy ears.

The Heeters operated as information brokers and intermediaries, facilitating deals for planets under Frieza's control. During the Granolah the Survivor Saga, Oil supports his brother Elec's ambitious plan to overthrow Frieza and dominate Universe 7. Oil primarily serves as the group's cook and handles logistics rather than direct combat.

After the Heeters' scheme collapses with Gas's defeat and death, Oil and the surviving siblings are forced to work under Frieza directly, with Oil taking on the role of cook and waiter within the Frieza Force.
