Appearance and Abilities

Korin's staff closely resembles the one carried by Kami, though scaled down to fit the small cat deity. It is a simple wooden staff that Korin holds over his shoulder or uses for balance. Despite its unassuming appearance, the staff has displayed magical properties on at least one occasion: Korin used it to pulverize a column of sacred stone inside Korin Tower without making physical contact, a feat that even Mercenary Tao's Dodon Ray could not accomplish.

Whether the staff itself holds inherent power or simply acts as a conduit for Korin's own energy is unclear. The staff glowed yellow during the stone-breaking display, suggesting some form of energy transfer. Beyond that singular demonstration, Korin primarily uses it as a walking stick and occasionally as a prop to hold items such as the Sacred Water during Goku's training.

In various video games, the staff appears as an equipable accessory. In Dragon Ball Z: Attack of the Saiyans, it functions as a capsule item that gradually refills the Z Fighters' ki as they walk, a playful nod to its association with energy.
