The Demon's Reach

Piccolo wastes no time demonstrating the gap between them. He extends his arm using a stretching technique, grabbing Krillin from across the ring and yanking him forward at tremendous speed. The moment Krillin is within striking distance, Piccolo delivers a crushing punch directly to his face. The blow sends Krillin flying backward, but the resilient fighter manages to recover mid-flight. He lands on his feet, steadies himself, and immediately charges back toward Piccolo with renewed determination. Piccolo sidesteps Krillin's incoming punch with casual ease and kicks him high into the air.

A Desperate Kamehameha

Krillin realizes he cannot win a prolonged battle of attrition against an opponent this powerful. He decides to gamble everything on a single decisive attack, channeling a massive portion of his remaining energy into a full-power Kamehameha. He fires the beam at the approaching Piccolo, putting all his hope into the blast. But when the energy wave connects, Krillin discovers that the figure he targeted was nothing more than a phantom. Piccolo has employed the Afterimage Technique, leaving behind a convincing decoy while the real Piccolo circles around and repositions himself directly behind Krillin.

A Wise Surrender

Before Krillin can turn around, the real Piccolo unleashes a brutal combination of strikes from behind, hammering Krillin all the way back down into the arena floor with tremendous force. Krillin drags himself to his feet, bruised, drained, and fully aware of how lopsided the contest has become. He takes stock of the situation and concludes that continuing would only lead to more punishment with no realistic path to victory. Rather than absorb further damage for nothing, Krillin makes the difficult decision to announce his surrender. It is a painful but pragmatic choice that preserves his body for whatever challenges lie ahead. The match goes to Piccolo, who advances to the final round without having revealed the full extent of his terrifying abilities.
