With Recoome defeated, Goku turns his attention to Jeice and Burter. The pair convince themselves that Recoome's loss was a fluke and attack together, but Goku blocks and counters everything they throw at him with casual precision. When Jeice launches his Crusher Ball, Goku deflects it instead of dodging, completely dismantling their coordinated strategy and leaving Jeice horrified.
Standing over the fallen Recoome, Goku turns to Jeice and Burter and asks whether they are willing to leave peacefully. The pair refuse, convinced that Recoome's defeat was nothing more than a lucky shot. They point to Goku's unchanged power level reading as proof that something is off. Vegeta, watching from the sidelines, silently believes that the two remaining Ginyu Force members have no chance whatsoever.
Burter and Jeice fly to opposite sides of Goku, attempting to flank him. Jeice begins to lecture Goku about the folly of underestimating the Ginyu Force, but Goku punches him in the face before he can finish speaking. Goku tells an enraged Jeice that both he and Recoome keep leaving themselves wide open. The pair launch a coordinated assault with a kick and an elbow from both sides, but Goku blocks both strikes simultaneously. He knees Jeice in the midsection and sweeps Burter's legs out from under him, forcing them to retreat. Goku then blasts them backward with a powerful Kiai shockwave.
Krillin and Gohan watch in disbelief as Goku handles both elite warriors with ease. Jeice checks his scouter again, but it still reads only 5,000. Vegeta recognizes what is happening: Goku raises his power level only at the precise instant he strikes, making it impossible for scouters to track his true strength. Vegeta seethes, unable to understand how Goku attained the level of control necessary for such a technique.
Frustrated, Jeice and Burter devise a plan. Jeice will fire his Crusher Ball to force Goku to dodge, and Burter will strike the moment he moves. However, Goku shatters the strategy by deflecting the Crusher Ball instead of evading it, sending the blast hurtling back at them. Burter barely manages to dodge his own ally's redirected attack. Before he can recover, Goku appears directly behind him, and Jeice looks on in absolute horror.
