A Grim Discovery

Android 20 pulls his hand from Yamcha's chest. Across the city, Goku and Tien both sense a sudden drop in someone's ki. Krillin pinpoints it as Yamcha's energy, and Piccolo spots the androids from above. The four fighters converge on the scene within seconds. Android 20 is still holding the bleeding Yamcha while Android 19 watches passively. Android 20 drops the body, and Goku orders Krillin to get Yamcha out and give him a Senzu Bean. Krillin scoops up his friend and takes off.

Face to Face

Piccolo remarks that they finally get to see the androids they trained three years to fight. Android 20 is surprised the strangers know he and 19 are mechanical, and that they seemed to know the time and place of the attack. He demands to know how. Piccolo refuses, telling the android he will have to take the information by force. Android 20 accepts the challenge, but Goku interjects, requesting they move to a deserted area to protect civilians.

A Monstrous Solution

Android 20 agrees that a deserted area would be fine but says relocation is unnecessary. He fires a massive Bionic Punisher blast into the surrounding buildings, leveling a huge section of the city. Goku erupts in fury, charging in and punching Android 20's hat off his head, revealing what appears to be an organic brain underneath.

Leading the Enemy Away

Krillin administers the Senzu Bean, and Yamcha recovers, staring in horror at the destruction. At the confrontation, Goku calls Android 20 a monster. The android responds that Goku wanted a deserted area and he was just being helpful. Goku tells the pair to follow him and promises to tear them apart. Android 19 declares they cannot be defeated, and 20 invites Goku to choose his place of death. Piccolo notices that 20 knows all of their names. Police sirens approach, and Goku takes off with the androids, Piccolo, and Tien in pursuit. From a cliff, Krillin sees them relocating the battle, and Yamcha urgently warns that the androids can steal ki.
