Vegeta wins a game of rock-paper-scissors to claim the first fight inside Babidi's ship and faces Pui Pui on Stage One. When Babidi warps them to Planet Zoon with ten times Earth's gravity, Vegeta is completely unaffected and obliterates Pui Pui with a devastating Double Galick Cannon, stunning both the wizard and Supreme Kai alike.
Babidi injects the stolen energy from the suction device into Majin Buu's sealed shell. He is startled to discover that this single dose alone provides nearly half the power needed for the full revival. A brief wave of regret passes over him for disposing of Spopovich and Yamu so hastily, but Dabura reassures his master that the warriors they have lured into the ship will supply more than enough energy to finish the job. Satisfied, Babidi flies back up to check on Pui Pui's progress and is annoyed to find that the battle has not even started.
The reason for the delay is that Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta are playing rock-paper-scissors to decide who gets the first turn. Vegeta wins and steps forward as the others watch. Pui Pui warns them that any damage they sustain will be converted into energy for Majin Buu's awakening. Vegeta smirks and asks whether that means no energy gets collected if he simply avoids getting hit. Pui Pui acknowledges the logic but calls the idea absurd.
Pui Pui charges with a kick, but Vegeta blocks it effortlessly and counters with a blow that sends the alien crashing into the far wall. Before Pui Pui can recover, Vegeta kicks him upward into the ceiling. The gap in power is immediately obvious. Both Babidi and Supreme Kai are stunned by how outclassed Pui Pui appears.
Desperate for a solution, Babidi uses his magic to transport the entire chamber to Planet Zoon, Pui Pui's homeworld. Pui Pui grins, confident that the planet's gravity, ten times that of Earth, will cripple his opponent. Vegeta, however, has trained under gravitational forces far exceeding this level. He feels no difference at all. Moving at blinding speed, Vegeta closes the distance and annihilates Pui Pui with a Double Galick Cannon. The one-sided destruction leaves both Supreme Kai and Babidi in disbelief. Dabura remains calm, doubting the intruders will survive long enough to reach him.
