Moro's third wish is revealed: a bolt of energy from New Namek tears through the Galactic Prison, freeing every inmate. Led by Saganbo, the convicts rally under Moro's banner. With their energy drained by Moro's magic, Goku teleports the group to safety while Vegeta sets course for Planet Yardrat alone.
Two patrol officers at the Galactic Prison reassure each other that the remaining convicts could never escape on their own. They watch Calamis escort the Macareni Gang to their cells, unaware that a bolt of energy from New Namek is hurtling toward them. It strikes the prison and kills all power, opening every cell simultaneously. Saganbo takes charge, leading the inmates against the guards. They seize weapons and demand their ships back. Aboard a patrol vessel, Merus and Jaco learn of the breakout, and Esca remembers Moro's third wish: to free all the prisoners.
A convict ship arrives on Namek and fires at the heroes, who dodge the blast. Moro boards the vessel and greets Saganbo, promising power in exchange for loyalty. The convicts' energy surges instantly. Goku and Vegeta transform into Perfected Super Saiyan Blue and tear through the first wave, but Moro begins siphoning their energy remotely. They drop through Super Saiyan God, then Super Saiyan 3. Saganbo strikes Goku down, and Grand Supreme Kai falters from his earlier wounds. Moro declares his goal: to devour planets freely and eradicate anyone who stands for peace.
Merus and Jaco land with advanced weaponry and urge retreat. Esca heals Grand Supreme Kai enough for teleportation, and Goku grabs his allies for Instant Transmission to Galactic Patrol HQ. Vegeta refuses to leave, telling Goku to go without him. He flies to Irico's ship, and with convicts in pursuit, Irico pushes the engines to maximum speed. When Irico says they are heading to headquarters, Vegeta overrules him and demands they travel to Planet Yardrat instead.
