Gohan Takes the Lead

Gohan drives a punch into Seven-Three's midsection and sends the android crashing down. Seven-Three retaliates with Piccolo's Hellzone Grenade, but Gohan escapes the blast and strikes him from behind. Piccolo praises Gohan while admitting mixed feelings about watching him so easily overpower his own stolen abilities. Seven-Three activates the Great Namekian form and grows enormous, but Gohan's smaller frame gives him superior agility. He dodges every swing and sends Seven-Three into the ground. Shimorekka orders Seven-Three to grab Gohan at any cost, and the android extends his arms with Piccolo's Demon Hand. Gohan weaves through rocky terrain while charging an Ultimate Kamehameha.

Moro's Stolen Power

The thirty-minute limit expires and Piccolo's abilities vanish. Jaco urges Gohan to fire while the android is powerless. Gohan launches the blast, but Shimorekka screams at Seven-Three to use his reserves. The android taps into a stored copy of Moro's abilities and swallows the energy wave whole. Jaco explains that Seven-Three can switch between up to three stored power sets at will. He raises his hand and begins draining the fighters. Piccolo, Krillin, Gohan, and Jaco charge at him, but a ring of energy erupts from the ground and halts them.

A Temporary Reprieve

Shimorekka reports to Saganbo, and Moro watches via monitor mode. He is surprised Earth hosts fighters stronger than most of his soldiers. Shimorekka and Yunba beat down the exhausted heroes, but Piccolo insists Goku and Vegeta will return. When Krillin reveals the Saiyans are training to defeat Moro, the sorcerer sees an opportunity: once they finish, they will hold even more energy for him. He orders a withdrawal, and the trio departs with a promise to return in two months. Merus relays the news to Goku, and thanks to their time-dilated training space, they have six months to prepare. At Zeno's Palace, Whis watches through his staff and tells the Grand Minister he needs to discuss Angel law regarding Merus.
