Vegeta Reborn

Manga ChapterCh. 61

Vegeta unveils Forced Spirit Fission, a technique that rips stolen energy from a fused or absorbing fighter and returns it to its rightful owners. With each blow Moro grows weaker while planets across the universe recover. Victory seems certain until Moro, desperate and cornered, flees to his ship, devours Seven-Three whole, and emerges as a terrifying hybrid wielding every copied ability.

Forced Spirit Fission

Vegeta opens with a thunderous punch that sends Moro skidding backward. Piccolo notes Vegeta's growth but realizes raw strength alone should not be enough. Even after Moro kicks him into a cliffside, Vegeta rockets back. When Moro tries to absorb his energy, Vegeta dodges and counters hard. Moro piledrives him, then notices something is wrong. The tide turns: Vegeta is using Forced Spirit Fission, stripping stolen power with every hit. Freed energy collects into a glowing sphere overhead. After another blow, Moro stands looking visibly aged. Vegeta explains that he has liberated every stolen reserve and sends it streaming back to the planets and people Moro consumed.

Restoration and Reflection

Goku explains to Piccolo and Gohan that the technique tears apart anything combined through fusion or absorption. On Yardrat, Pybara notes that the deceased will not return, but those with strong life forces can be restored. On New Namek, Namekians spring back to life. On the Lookout, Esca senses the shift. Piccolo reflects on Vegeta's personal transformation from cold-blooded invader to selfless protector and credits Goku's influence.

Moro's Desperate Gamble

Vegeta asks Jaco whether Moro should be captured or killed. Jaco confirms the death sentence. Moro scoffs, launches a geyser of planetary energy beneath Vegeta as a distraction, and rockets toward his ship. Vegeta chases but arrives too late. Moro kills Shimorekka, then swallows Seven-Three alive, absorbing the android who carried a complete backup of his own abilities. Vegeta fires at the ship, but Moro emerges transformed: half his original form, half Seven-Three, wielding copy powers on top of his own. He mocks the Z Fighters for pushing him this far and tells them to prepare for death.
