Moro, fused with Seven-Three, proves untouchable. Vegeta cannot land a hit, making Forced Spirit Fission useless. The Z Fighters fall one by one. Fusion is off the table since Moro wields the same technique. Goku's Instant Kamehameha removes an arm but copied Regeneration restores it. With every fighter down and a barrier sealing the field, only the surprise arrival of Merus prevents total defeat.
Moro confirms that Seven-Three's abilities sit on top of his own. Vegeta, in Super Saiyan God SS Evolved, charges but cannot land a hit. Moro taunts that Forced Spirit Fission requires contact and he will never allow that again. Gohan and Piccolo note that copied abilities normally expire after thirty minutes, but Moro reveals there is no time limit because the backup was his own power returned to its source. He seizes Vegeta by the throat, drains him, and finishes him with his own Big Bang Attack. Piccolo tells Goku that Fusion Dance and Potara are off the table, since Moro now possesses Forced Spirit Fission.
On the Lookout, Dende decides to fly down and heal the wounded despite the risk to the Dragon Balls. Below, Krillin races to the battlefield with Senzu Beans. Gohan and Piccolo attack together; Piccolo grabs Moro while Gohan traps him with a Galactic Donut. Goku ascends to Perfected Super Saiyan Blue and fires an Instant Kamehameha that destroys Moro's left arm. The arm regenerates instantly, and Moro drives his restored fist through Goku's chest. Gohan snaps, charges blindly, and takes a devastating punch that shatters several teeth.
Moro raises a barrier that seals the battlefield. Androids 17 and 18 fall to Galick Beams. Piccolo attempts a final all-or-nothing attack but is cut down by his own Special Beam Cannon fired back at him. Only Jaco remains. Dende passes through a tiny gap opened by an unseen Guide Angel. Jaco fires his Ray Gun in desperation; a second, far more powerful shot merges with it. Moro whips around to find Merus standing before him, ready to fight.
