Fueled by grief, Goku ascends to Perfected Ultra Instinct at will. The silver-haired warrior dominates Moro so completely that every counter fails. Goku uses God Bind to freeze him midair, then delivers a planet-shaking punch that leaves the sorcerer broken and begging. Goku tears off his Galactic Patrol insignia and declares he will finish this as an Earthling.
Across the galaxy, a Galactic Patrol member notices Merus' ki has vanished. Jaco grieves openly. Goku steadies himself and tells Jaco that Merus taught him something vital: he no longer fights for himself alone. He asks why Jaco joined the Patrol. Jaco answers that he wanted to preserve peace and also thought the uniform looked cool. Goku declares it is now his duty to protect the universe. Moro returns to find Merus gone. An immense column of energy erupts around Goku, and he emerges with silver hair and aura: Perfected Ultra Instinct, achieved at will.
Goku walks forward slowly. Moro swings first, but Goku catches his arm before the blow lands. Every subsequent punch, kick, and blast is dodged or deflected with minimal effort. Goku tells Moro his body reacts entirely on its own. Moro charges with everything he has. Goku uses God Bind to lock him in place, hoists him into the air, and delivers a devastating stomach punch that sends shockwaves across the planet. Beerus calls Goku's fighting style truly godlike, a rare compliment that surprises Whis. Moro crashes to the ground, broken.
Moro channels the planet's energy as a weapon, but Goku kicks him through a pillar of earth energy, severing one arm. Moro tries to drain the entire planet, but Goku hammers him into a cliff before he can finish. Debris buries the sorcerer. Pinned and powerless, Moro begs for mercy. Goku asks Jaco to confirm the sentence: death. Goku tears off the section of his gi bearing the Galactic Patrol emblem, drops it, and tells Moro he will finish this as an Earthling with no mercy. Beerus watches with visible concern, noting he has never seen Goku act this way.
