With Gas fully awakened and the Saiyans paralyzed by his spell, the battle on Planet Cereal takes a desperate turn. Vegeta surrenders his remaining energy to Goku, who breaks free and transforms into Super Saiyan Blue for a direct confrontation. Outmatched on the ground, Goku exploits his superior Instant Transmission to strand Gas on a distant planet, buying his allies precious time to regroup.
Having fully awakened his true power, Gas immobilizes both Goku and Vegeta with a paralytic spell. When Granolah charges at Elec in a fury over his mother's murder, Gas intercepts by teleporting Elec to safety with a flick of his fingers. Granolah begins gathering energy for a devastating blast, but Gas appears behind him and snaps both of his arms before blinding him with a point-blank ki attack. Elec then fires a fatal shot through Granolah's back, sending the Cerealian plummeting into the lake below.
On the ground, Vegeta recognizes that Goku still has the strength to fight and channels his remaining energy into his rival. The surge of power shatters Gas's paralysis, and Goku transforms into Super Saiyan Blue before launching himself at the Heeter. Gas blocks the initial strike, and Goku pauses to steady his emotions. He tells Gas that he has no personal grudge and asks to simply leave the planet, but Gas refuses since the Saiyans now know too much about the Heeters' plans.
Gas unleashes a barrage of weapon-shaped ki constructs and hurls entire buildings from a ruined Sugarian city using telekinesis, culminating in a speeding train that slams into Goku. Unfazed, Goku flips onto the train's roof where Gas joins him. The Heeter taunts Goku for lacking the fierce resolve that his father Bardock once displayed, questioning whether Goku is truly his son. After being knocked into the lake and nearly drowning, Goku struggles to find a path to victory.
When Gas spots Monaito healing Granolah and races to stop him, Goku seizes the opportunity. He grabs hold of Gas and uses Instant Transmission to teleport them both off Planet Cereal entirely. They crash-land near Jaco on a distant world, where Goku greets the patrolman and confidently declares that his mastery of teleportation far exceeds Gas's imitation. Exploiting his years of experience with the technique, Goku gains the upper hand in their continued skirmish while Jaco watches in bewilderment at yet another dangerous opponent Goku has found.
