Despite supervising only episode 16 of the Golden Frieza Saga, Shuichi Iseki became a fan favorite thanks to his character art approach that evoked the classic Dragon Ball Z visual style. His nostalgic take on the franchise's familiar designs and proportions generated significant positive response from the viewing community.
Iseki represents the new generation of web animators making the transition to major broadcast productions.
