McDonald voiced Hero (Evil) in Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi and has been one of the voices for the Future Warrior across the Xenoverse games. He also voiced Zahha in Dragon Ball Legends, showcasing his participation in both the mainline anime and expanded video game universe. Additionally, McDonald served as a script writer for Dragon Ball Z Kai, helping shape the dialogue of the remastered series.
