Mr. Satan's flashy flying kick, delivered with all the confidence of a world champion. He used it against Cell at the Cell Games with absolutely zero effect.
The Dynamite Kick is a straightforward flying kick aimed squarely at the opponent's face. When performed by Mr. Satan, it comes with his usual theatrical buildup and shouting. On paper, it is a competent martial arts technique from a man who genuinely is the strongest normal human fighter on Earth. In practice, every notable target he has used it against has been so far beyond his power level that the kick registers about as well as a light breeze. The technique's name evokes the power of dynamite, but its actual explosive potential depends entirely on who is doing the kicking.
Mr. Satan's most infamous use of the Dynamite Kick came at the Cell Games, where the World Champion confidently strode up to Perfect Cell and delivered his signature move directly to the Bio-Android's face. Cell did not flinch, did not react, and did not even acknowledge the hit. He simply backhanded Mr. Satan into a nearby cliff, ending the champion's brief challenge before the real fighters stepped forward. The moment perfectly encapsulated the comedy of Mr. Satan's character: genuinely brave, genuinely skilled by human standards, and hopelessly outclassed by everything the show threw at him.
Interestingly, Gotenks adopted the Dynamite Kick during his battle against Super Buu, performing it with considerably more effectiveness thanks to his fusion-enhanced power. In the Japanese anime, Gotenks's variant is specifically named Dynamite Kick Boomerang. Several Dragon Ball video games have turned this into a running gag, allowing player characters to learn Mr. Satan's Dynamite Kick and use it with devastating results that the World Champion himself could only dream of achieving. When fully charged in the Xenoverse games, the user performs the kick followed by a flurry of punches and kicks, finishing with another Dynamite Kick while shouting its upgraded name: Mega-Ultra-Super Dynamite Kick.
