Vic Mignogna is an American actor known for his prolific career dubbing Japanese anime into English, most famously as Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist. In the English version of Attack on Titan he voices Eld Jinn, a member of Levi's elite Special Operations Squad.
Mignogna provides the English dub voice of Eld Jinn, one of the four soldiers Levi Ackerman personally selects to form his Special Operations Squad early in the series. The role puts Mignogna alongside the show's most tactically skilled fighters during the operation to capture the Female Titan, a mission that ends in tragedy for the squad. He reprised the part in the spin-off Attack on Titan: Junior High. It sits among the dozens of supporting anime dub roles he took on through the 2010s.
Mignogna's signature role remains Edward Elric across the Fullmetal Alchemist franchise, a part that won him the 2007 American Anime Award for Best Actor and helped define his career after he began dubbing professionally in 1999. He has lent his voice to well over a hundred anime and game characters, including Broly in the Dragon Ball movies, Tamaki Suoh on Ouran High School Host Club, Kurz Weber in Full Metal Panic!, Nagato in Naruto Shippuden, Rohan Kishibe in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and E-123 Omega across the Sonic the Hedgehog games. Outside anime, he is a recording musician and has performed as Captain Kirk in independent Star Trek fan films.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
